Job Title: Marketing Officer
Company: Cosmela
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Salary: BDT 35,000 – 45,000 per month
Preferred Candidate: Female
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cosmela products and services.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure brand consistency and achieve targets.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Support e-commerce and online sales initiatives, including product listing optimization and digital advertising.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation.
- Assist with customer engagement activities and feedback collection.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
